Acceptance

By creating an account or signing up for a paddle, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Liability Waiver.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Event participation

Meetups are organized by volunteers. Paddleboarding on open water involves inherent risk, including drowning, injury, exposure, and unpredictable conditions. You participate at your own risk and must accept our Liability Waiver before signing up.

Conduct

Be respectful. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior on the water or in community spaces. We may remove members who violate community standards.

Contributions

Girls Who Paddle SD is not a registered nonprofit. Any tips or contributions sent via Venmo are personal gifts and are not tax-deductible.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girls Who Paddle SD and its organizers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in meetups.
